Ever since all this had happened, John had relised that he had pretty much left Rose to live by herself and he just couldn't stand the thought any longer. He hated this name, it just got on his nerves as every time he used it, he had to be someone completely different.
The doctor moved quietly around the apartment before groaning and retiring to the large blue box that sat in the corner of the room. Closing the door behind him, he moved quietly across the half broken walk-way and across the room, half depressed by the sight of the half broken TARDIS which gave a small bleep when he pressed a few button's on the keyboard.
Giving a sigh, he moved quietly out of the TARDIS and back into the half tidy apartment, leaning on the doors after closing them. He'd asked Rose over, since he really did need to see her.

A tall woman wearing blue jeans and a soft blue hoodie stood in the space in which the door normally rested; but she’d unlocked it and it had swung open to quietly it would be unnoticed by thousands of people...but not John. So it surprised her when she received no answer. She brushed her blonde hair from her dark hazel eyes and closed the door gently, letting it click into place. She had never thought she’d live separately from her family; her daughter lived in a bigger house than she did and her husband lived in a flat on the other side of town. “John” she called softly into the still flat and when she received no answer she called “Doctor?” the name sent shivers through her, remembering how many times she had called it whilst in danger, or even when she was so incredibly happy...or sad.
Rose then noticed the TARDIS on the other side of the room and smiled softly, her dark eyes glowing as she realised where her husband had gone. As she reached it she didn’t go inside straight away; she walked around it slowly and looked up at the huge blue box with the small light on the top, cracked now but when it came into life it would glow and spin around gently. Then she opened the door, having to use a little pressure in order for it to open.
She walked forward a little and eventually found herself in her old room. It was like the typical teenager, she’d been 19 when she first slept in here. The now neatly made be was a deep pink and the walls a lighter shade, wow she had really liked the colour. She heard the door click and spun around “Doctor?” she then realised they must have missed each other. She ran back into the main console room and saw the door close; she leant up and looked out of the window, only seeing brown hair sticking up at ninety degrees. She couldn’t help but laugh as she opened the door carefully and took away what he had been leaning on. “Hey” she said quickly, putting out her arms to catch him before he fell.

The doctor have a small yelp of surprise as he fell backwards and into Rose's arms. Standing upright almost at one, he spun around and gave a sigh of relief. The doctor wrapping his arms around her waist, giving a small grin. 'Hey, how about we don't go scaring me like that at this moment,' he said softly, his hazel eyes glowing brightly.

Rose laughed and raised one eyebrow placin her free arm on her hip and saying "You must be on edge for me to get that reaction" she gave a little smile and brushed one lock of long golden hair from her warm, glittering hazel eyes with a flick of her wrist.

The doctor smiled softly, nodding slightly. 'Yeah, a bit,' he said softly, letting her go and moving back into the TARDIS console room, quickly tapping on a few of the keys. 'How have you been anyways? Sorry, been spending more time at the Uni then I wanted to but, oh well, that time of year,' he said with a sigh, falling backwards onto the captain's chair.

Rose smiled, "I've been fine, I met up with Gwen a couple of day ago for a catch up...although she didn't really say much" she flopped into the chair beside him "As long as your not your normal self I don't mind you spending time at the Uni" she said with a small smile, ruffling his messy brown hair.

The doctor gave a goofy grin, putting an arm around her shoulder and kissing her forhead lightly. 'What we need to to is get the TARDIS up and running, cause I don't know how much longer I can stand it 'ere,' he said, letting his head fall backward siwht a sigh.
'Well I'm for once quite happy here,' a soft voice drifted up from the doors as Sky moved quietly up the passage, only a thin dark pink jacket over her shoulders as she moved over to the console, leaning against it.

Rose smiled and turned her head s Sky walked up the gangway, she hadn't realised how grown up she looked until now. "why?" she asked with a hint of mischief to her voice "have you met someone?" she recognised the light in her daughters eyes to her own. She took The Doctor's hand and gave it a light squeeze, wondering if he recognised it as well.

Sky gave a modest shrug, a small smile across her face as she looked at her parents before back to the console.
The doctor looked at Rose with a grin, his hazel eyes glittering as he got up and moved over to Sky and muttered a few words in her ear, only to receive a hard whack on the arm. 'Hey! I'm not starting that fight again,' she said with mock annoyance.
The doctor grinned and took and step back sitting down again. 'Your no fun at the moment,' he said, acting upset, although unable to keep the smile off his face.

"What'd you say to her?" Rose mumbled in his ear winking at Sky before brushing a lock of her out of her shining soft dark hazel eyes. h felt so at ease back here in her home and closed her eyes for a moment and then opened them again, knowing her family knew how she felt to be back at last.

'Nothing you need to know, you wouldn't understand anyways,' he muttered, knowing she wouldn't since it was a joke they had been using since Sky was ten and neither of them had told Rose. The doctor gave a grin as he looked Back to Sky who was looking blankly back towards the rest of the TARDIS.

Rose sighed and watched her, it was only orning but she felt suddenly tired of everything. She closed her eyes and moved closer to The Doctor. A comforting darkness closed around he and she could still feel him a few millimeters away fro her but still holdng her hand.
