Captain Jack Harkness.
It was time to actually get some work done around here and while Owen, Gwen and himself had been fighting, even Tosh and Ianto didn't pick up the radiation coming from the dark side of the woods and to him, it seemed like something was going on. Even personal lives had to be put behind protecting earth, while the all mighty time lord seemed to be on vacation.
Jack moved silently through the trees, his weebly extended in front of him as he moved carefully through the undergrown. His blue eyes scanned every inch of the night forest. He hopes Gwen and Ianto were keeping up, since he really didn't want to bring Tosh as she needed to keep an eye on things while Owen was suspended until he cooled down.
He felt fur brsuh against his leg and instantly pointed the gun down but the barrel was just blocked by a huge white paw.
Sky Tyler.
Sky moved swiftlynext to jack, her keen hazel eyes scanning through the darkness like always as she moved elegantly for a creature as big as this. She was daydreaming on the job again but soon snapped herself out of it and took a glance back at gwen and Ianto before moving to Jack's side and brushing against his leg.
She heldup a paw to knock away the gun, looking up at Jack. 'Pay attention to what your ment to be doing,' she growled as Jack rolled his eyes and turned the gun back towards what lay beyond.

Gwen walked a few paces behind the two, giving a small smile as Jack reacted so fast...and rather rashly. She'd been feeling extremly down at the moment ever since the fight had begun. It was like she'd lost the enregy she's had; all the bad memories of Torchwod, Rhys' death, being held hostage by Beth and that guy of Jack's as well. She shivered inwardly, she could've died then...but then again she'd been fully prepared to throw herself into the rift and die, even though she'd been engaged to Rhys. Oh God that made her feel dreadful, she was a terrible person. For a moment she wanted to turn and run away. But no, the world cam first and now she was going to make ammends.

Jack stopped, looking around the forest surrunding them for a moment before looking back to Gwen. 'Gwen you alright?' he asked softly, quickly turning his gaze to Sk who was a metre or two ahead. Taking a step back to be at her side, he put a hand on her shoulder, consern in his blue eyes.

Gwen shrugged Jack off with a small, weak smile and nodded “I’m fine Jack” she said quietly and quickened her speed and soon caught up with the beautiful white tiger that was Sky. She was silent for a moment as they walked, Gwen wasn’t sure what exactly they were looking for but that was the thing about this job, just look at Owen back from the dead for god’s sake and Sky, a tiger by her side. She took in a deep breath of the cold air; although it was technically spring it was still bloody cold. “What exactly are we here for anyway?” she murmured quietly to Sky.

A strong breeze blew through the trees, sending shivers down the tiger's spine as she looked up, her hazel gaze hard with consentration. 'We picked up some form of alien out here that had well, a way higher body temperature to humans so, we need to find out what it is,' she said casually, not pointing out that herself and her father had slightly higher body temperatures but, when relising that she'd forgotten to mention it, she lifted up her head with a small smile. 'And it isn't just my father wandering about, this one was way higher,' she said, turning her hazel gaze back ahead of them.
Jack looked at Gwen for a moment before moving forward, keeping close behind the Two girls with a small sigh. Whatever was out here wasn't exactly something he wanted to meet but it was their job. Running his fingers through his already slightly ruffled hair from the branches above, Jack looked slowly around the trees, waiting for something to jump out at them.
